With over 16 years of experience in Denver’s residential real estate market, I bring a rare combination of skills that set me apart: I’m not just a dedicated Realtor—I’m also a licensed architect and business owner with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical thinking.

Before transitioning into residential real estate, I spent over eight years practicing architecture in the commercial, residential, and public sectors. That background gives me a professional-level understanding of building design, construction quality, and value potential—knowledge that benefits buyers and sellers alike.

Originally from northeastern Ohio, I moved to Denver in 1998 to pursue my Master of Architecture after earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. I now live in the Central Park neighborhood with my wife and three children, and I’m proud to serve the communities I live and work in every day.

When I’m not advising clients, you’ll find me with my family, reading a good book, or out on the golf course.
