The directory is designed to make useful business information easier to find while clearly distinguishing between basic listings, independently reviewed information, community feedback, and personal recommendations from ttArch.

Directory Listings
Businesses may be included in the ttArch Home Services Directory based on relevance to homeowners, buyers, sellers, and residential property owners in the Denver metro area.
A business does not need to be personally recommended by ttArch in order to appear in the directory.
A basic listing indicates only that the business has been included as a potentially relevant local provider.
Inclusion in the directory should not be interpreted as an endorsement, guarantee, or representation regarding the quality, reliability, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, or future performance of a provider.
Listed
A Listed provider is a business that appears in the directory but has not necessarily completed the ttArch verification process.
Information may be based on publicly available business information or information provided by the business.
Users should independently confirm information that is important to their hiring decision.
Verified
A Verified designation means that ttArch has reviewed and confirmed certain core business information associated with the provider.
Depending on the provider, verification may include information such as:
- Business identity
- Phone number
- Website
- Service area
- Business history
- Applicable license information
- Other relevant provider information
Verification reflects information available at the time of review.
It does not guarantee that information will remain unchanged or that the provider will maintain the same licensing, insurance, personnel, services, pricing, or business practices in the future.
Community Reviewed
A provider may be identified as Community Reviewed when qualifying reviews from people with first-hand experience have been published through the directory.
Community reviews reflect the experiences and opinions of individual reviewers.
Publication of a review does not mean that ttArch independently verified every statement in that review or agrees with the reviewer’s conclusions.
Review submissions and moderation are governed by the Directory Review Policy.
ttArch Recommended
A ttArch Recommended designation is separate from both verification and community reviews.
It indicates that I have personal experience with, professional familiarity with, or sufficient confidence in the provider to recommend them based on my own professional judgment.
A recommendation represents my perspective at the time it is made and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding future workmanship, pricing, availability, schedule, communication, or project outcome.
Licensing and Insurance
Licensing and insurance requirements vary by profession, trade, municipality, and type of work.
When licensing or insurance information is displayed, it should be considered informational and should not replace independent verification by the homeowner or property owner.
A designation such as Insurance Verified means that relevant information was reviewed at a particular point in time. It does not guarantee that coverage remains active or that the coverage is appropriate for a particular project.
Users should request and independently verify current licensing, insurance certificates, permits, and other credentials when appropriate.
Business Information and Accuracy
ttArch makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate provider information.
However, businesses change phone numbers, websites, ownership, employees, service areas, insurance coverage, licensing status, and other information.
The directory therefore includes a Last Information Review date where appropriate.
Users should confirm current information directly with the provider before making a hiring decision.
Estimates, Contracts, and Scope of Work
The directory does not establish pricing, contracts, scopes of work, schedules, warranties, or other terms between users and providers.
Users should obtain written estimates or proposals when appropriate and carefully review contracts, scopes of work, payment schedules, change-order procedures, warranties, and cancellation terms before authorizing work.
Independent Hiring Decisions
The final decision to contact, interview, hire, or enter into an agreement with a provider belongs to the user.
Before hiring a provider, users should consider performing appropriate due diligence, which may include:
- Obtaining multiple estimates
- Checking references
- Confirming current licensing
- Confirming appropriate insurance
- Reviewing contracts and scopes of work
